SBPI will be having our first annual Company/Employee Yard Sale Saturday, Sept. 26 at our Smyrna Office. We have cleaned out our office, shopes, and homes. We'll have everything from plumbing fixtures to clothes. Come check it out!

About SBPI

Sadler Bros. Plumbing, Inc. (SBPI) has been family owned and operated since 1971. We provide Commercial, Kitchen/Bathroom Remodeling, and General Service to Rutherford County and the surrounding area.

In order to keep up with our increasing business, SBPI has made significant changes in our business. In 2004, we began renting a building on Old Nashville Highway in Smyrna as the headquarters for our business. We've increased the number of full-time employees from 3 to 8 and have added 2 full-time office staff to handle the day to day transactions. We now have 6 trucks in our fleet to serve our customers faster and with more efficiency.

We are Licensed by the State of Tennessee and fully insured.

SBPI Services

Commercial projects have been the "bread and butter" of SBPI since its inception. We complete ground up commercial jobs as well as buildouts and remodels. For a list of recently completed projects and their General Contractors, visit our Commercial & Remodels page.

We also provide provide services for customers who are looking to remodel their home or business.

The newest division to our company is our General Service work. We began focusing on this aspect of the plumbing market in 2004 and have seen a dramatic increase in our business over the last 2 years. We strive to work with the customer to meet their needs within a reasonable time frame. These services include:

  1. Stopped up toilets, sinks, water/sewer lines, etc.
  2. Water leaks
  3. Water heater service, repair, and replacement
  4. Fixture replacements
  5. Other
